Embroidery
High quality embroidery comes from files designed for thread. Here’s what to avoid and keep in mind when creating a design to be embroidered.
Small Details
Embroidery can’t quite produce the fine details that screen printing or DTG can due to the decorative thread being a less versatile, less precise medium. Keep this in mind when designing and avoid aspects like thin lines, narrow spacing and small text. Keep text at the minimum 0.2” or larger.
Apparel
The apparel you choose can affect embroidery in a few different ways. Hats have limited space to embroider, so it’s important to check the specs of the front of the hat so your design is the appropriate size. Material is also important to keep in mind. For example, embroidery will look a lot different on a beanie than it will a work shirt. The material of a beanie is fluffier, so finer details will be lost easier than they would be on the more rigid material of something like a work shirt.
Color Matching
We offer around a 100 different color threads and can order additional colors if your project calls for it. We also offer Pantone matching, but bouncing light can cause the thread to look lighter or darker in certain areas and at certain angles.

Ticket Numbering
Add unique IDs to your tickets. Ticket numbering adds a variable number sequence.
Variable Data Printing
Fully customize each individual print in your order. Variable Data allows you to customize each print in your order — swap out text, promo codes and even replace images.
Perforation
Perforations are small, separated cuts in the paper that allows pieces of paper to remain attached, but also to be torn when necessary.
Custom Spot Coatings
Strike-Thru Matte Varnish Apply a matte coating to our standard gloss stocks just like any spot color. That means you can customize your matte design by applying it to only certain areas, creating a matte pattern on top of your design.
Retail Ready Shrink Wrapping
Protects retail products against damage and gives customers the experience of opening a package.
Scoring
Scoring is excellent for that crisp fold. Scoring creates a perfect, clean crease for easy paper folding.
Foil Stamping
Provide extra security or flash to your cards. Verify authenticity, prevent counterfeiting or simply turn heads with our foil stamping capability.
Embossing & Debossing
Embossing stamps an image, text or logo of your choice in relief, making it raised above the paper surface.
